After Customer Service Management is activated, you can activate additional plugins that provide demo data and enable various features.

You must have the admin role to activate these additional plugins. For details, see Activate a plugin.
Note: Starting with Tokyo, Order Management is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no  longer available for activation but will continue to be supported. For details, see the  Deprecation Process [KB0867184] article in the Now Support knowledge base.
