View scan results Regardless of the method used to submit a scan request (via a security incident or the catalog, or from a forwarded email), you can view scan results in a couple of ways. Before you begin Role required: sn_ti.admin Procedure The easiest way to view the results of your scan request is to look at the scan request itself. Navigate to Threat Intelligence > Threat Scanning > Scans. The Scans screen lists the individual scans performed. If you requested more than one item of a particular type to be scanned, each item produces its own scan (SCN) record. For example, if you entered two URLs to be scanned, the Scans screen lists one scan record for each URL. The State column shows the current state of each scan record; that is, whether it is still being scanned. The Result column shows whether each scan passed, failed, or is pending. Click the scan number of scan for which you want to view details. The Reason field provides a plain text reason for the result of the scan.
