Close security incidents or requests as spam from the form

As an administrator, manager, or agent, you can mark any open security incidents or requests as spam from the form.

Before you begin

Role required: sn.si_basic or higher

Procedure

  1. From the incident or request list, open the form for the security incident or request you want to mark as spam.
  2. In the header bar, click Spam.
  3. Click OK in the confirmation box.
    For each of the selected security incidents or requests:
    • The state of an incident is changed to Cancelled.
    • The state of a request is changed to Closed.
