Add a user to a group

Add a user to a group

Add a user to a group so the user inherits all the roles assigned to the group.

Before you begin

Role required: user_admin or itil


  1. Navigate to User Administration > Groups.
  2. Click a group Name.
  3. In the Group Members related list, click Edit.
  4. Select one or more names in the Collection list.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Click Submit.

Changes to site functionality will be made starting around 6am on January 21st (Pacific Time) and lasting approximately 6 hours.  The site may be intermittently unavailable.
