Change or create new form You can create a form or change the content of a form. Before you beginRole required: personalize_form Procedure Navigate to the form. Right-click the form header and select Configure > Form Design. The form design interface opens in a new browser tab or window. (Optional) At the top of the Form Design: Select the table for the form. Select a form view to change, or click New to create a form for the selected table. By default, form design displays the form layout for the currently selected table and view. Modify the form as desired. Click Save.
