Admin cannot create Basic Auth profile in REST Message Admin users cannot create basic authentication credentials for REST Messages.
  1. Log in as admin and open a REST message.
  2. Choose Authentication type = Basic.
  3. Attempt to create a Basic Auth profile.
Note that the user does not have the create role for these records, and there is no New button in the list popup.


Form Designer Form Design is not working in base instance Express Form Designer only works for users with elevated privileges on Express Fuji instances.
  1. Log in as system administrator.
  2. Navigate to System Configuration > Table Management > Design form. Note the JavaScript errors in the console.
  3. Select the Incident table.
  4. Customize the form design by trying to remove a field (e.g. work notes).
  5. Click Save.
Note that no changes are recorded.
