Set up Service Analytics Before Service Analytics can be used, you must request plugin activation and then configure a dedicated MID Server for Service Analytics. Request the Service Analytics plugin. For details, see Request Service Analytics. Enable root cause analysis for business services. Configure a dedicated MID Server for analytics as described in Configure a MID Server for Service Analytics. Ensure that Service Mapping is enabled as described in Activate Service Mapping application. Create an event rule to populate alert attributes that are used for analysis and effective alert aggregation. For details, see Create an event rule for Service Analytics.
