The Data Cleansing stage

The Data Cleansing stage allows you to clean up the expenses that you imported into the application.

On the Data Cleansing page, the expenses that you imported appear in expense rows grouped by one of the following segments: vendors, cost centers, departments, and locations.

The summary section on the right pane provides a breakdown of the expenses that comprise each segment. From here, you can:
  • Review the imported expenses
  • Merge expense rows
  • Map expenses to records in the selected segment
