Submit a case from the HR catalog

Submit a case from the HR catalog

You can submit HR cases from the HR catalog.

  1. Navigate to Self-Service > HR Catalog.
  2. Select the appropriate category and item.
  3. Answer the questions in the request form.
    Questions vary depending on the item selected. Mandatory fields have a red asterisk (*) beside them.
  4. Click Submit.
    The case is submitted to HR for processing. A link to the case appears at the top of the page, and, if the case was automatically assigned, a message tells you who the case was assigned to.
