View HR case information

Before you begin

Role required: hr_case_reader

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Human Resources > Case Management, then select one of the following modules.
    • Assigned to me: all cases assigned to the logged-in user.
    • Open: all open cases.
    • Open - Unassigned: all open cases that have not been assigned.
    • All: all cases.
    • Closed: all closed cases.
  2. Select the case to view.
